The supervisor at this location gave me the clients mother another clients records. She refused to discuss my son's case with me even with a release form signed. They went against my son's constitutional rights. As well as the client Damien who's records were given to me by the supervisor. There is a lot of negligence at this agency. I have filed a complaint and spoke with the sheriff to pursue charges. I'm currently waiting for them to finish up the investigation. They should be held accountable!
