I went for help and the crisis interviewer was rude, emotionless, and when I told her I wasn’t comfortable staying the night - she never asked WHY - she just went straight back to being rude and shuffled me out as soon as she could saying someone in the community would follow up. I have lost two people to heroin. I was there for depression. I wasn’t comfortable staying in an overnight facility and doing group therapy with people battling addiction. Not that they asked or cared.
Tried to get post trauma help for my young daughter on multiple occasions. Nothing but bad information and poor follow up. Now, reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t take her in. Just another useless “mental health ‘care’” organization in a worthless system.
