Do not hire this company. *** is a liar and a con. He doesnt have project managers and relies on subcontractors that have no clue. He drops the pool and runs. ****** care about fixing damaged property or customer service.
Horrible company, 100% con man. We signed a contract February 2022, supposed to be completed "summer 2022." We still do not have a finished project and are forced to hire others to finish/redo the work. We received a pool that was NOT the one we ordered - they delivered a similar one that was much smaller and didn't tell us, hoping we just wouldn't notice. After trying for a few days to reach the owner, they agreed to bring out a different pool - completely different shape than we wanted but at least comparable in size. The ... read more
Do not use Region Pool & Spa! *** is impossible to work with. He has no idea what he is doing. We have had a similar experience as the other reviewer. Also, I know he has at least 5 lawsuits currently in **********.
This company is doing a lot of business in ******** and the owner is a con man!We made the unfortunate mistake of signing a contract with Region Pools and Spas for a pool and hot tub project. We were told our project would start in October of 2021. It didnt start until May. And now its October 2022, and were not done not done by a long shot.The company owner and possibly only employee ********************* is a con man. We contracted ************ and worked with owner ********************* on our pool installation in 2022. It was a mess from the start -- unorganized contracting process, digging up our power lines because they didn't work with the utilities in advance, horrible communication, surprise charges, you name it.We did our best to muddle through it and held our ground on many things.
