I moved out my first apartment into a new one. I never got an itemized list of deductions and never saw my $1500 security deposit. They told me they couldn't help me other than submit a congressional report. What is a report of me telling Congress; "Hey my medical provider, leadership and TRIAD miss treated me on deployment" going to do? I'll admit the guy that had me fill out the application to get service there was nice and felt bad what my command did to me and genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help. Terrible service and a total waste of time. Was told that legal couldn’t help due to a new instruction that came out. I asked what the instruction was. The LN2 didn’t know it off the top of her head but the office manager did. I asked if the office manager was present she said no, asked if I could get the office managers name and she said she couldn’t provide the name of said office manager. I gave my information to LN2 and asked her to give it to a JAG and it’s been over 2 weeks with no call/email. No help whatsoever.
