Only giving 2 stars because if you’re able to get to them then the service is okay, they can’t go to court but they’ll give you legal advice to the best of their ability/knowledge. Otherwise, they rarely answer the phone and take forever to get back to the voicemails. They close early and/or sporadically. I’ve never actually been here. I wanted to respond to @Natalie R. that a Congressional report is a fairly important document which is stored and archived for decades if not placed in the National Archives in perpetuity. It may seem useless to you now, but could assist you in future with filing claims or further documentation/reporting if you require it.
