Only giving 2 stars because if you’re able to get to them then the service is okay, they can’t go to court but they’ll give you legal advice to the best of their ability/knowledge. Otherwise, they rarely answer the phone and take forever to get back to the voicemails. They close early and/or sporadically. If you’re able to get someone on the phone to explain your matter, you’ll receive an email with paperwork you’ll bring to an appointment that’s MONTHS away. Even if it’s urgent. I’ve never actually been here. I wanted to respond to @Natalie R. that a Congressional report is a fairly important document which is stored and archived for decades if not placed in the National Archives in perpetuity. It may seem useless to you now, but could assist you in future with filing claims or further documentation/reporting if you require it. I moved out my first apartment into a new one. I never got an itemized list of deductions and never saw my $1500 security deposit. I immediately contacted this office set up a virtual appointment and haven’t heard anything.This started in April it is now almost July.
