Terrible service and a total waste of time. Was told that legal couldn’t help due to a new instruction that came out. I asked what the instruction was. The LN2 didn’t know it off the top of her head but the office manager did. I asked if the office manager was present she said no, asked if I could get the office managers name and she said she couldn’t provide the name of said office manager. I gave my information to LN2 and asked her to give it to a JAG and it’s been over 2 weeks with no call/email. No help whatsoever.
extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment booked for Wednesday and they called me today to schedule me for Thursday and said they gave away my appointment. I let her know that i needed to turn in my appeal package to Legal no later than Thursday. She had a lack of empathy and did nothing to try to rectify the situation. i will have to turn in my package without guidance from a navy attorney now
Went in for legal advice regarding a court case I had to attend, I came in for a walk in, explained my situation and did some paperwork and only waited for about 40 minutes. Even though they were short staffed I was in and out in less than 2 hours with no complaints. My case wasn't extremely complicated though, so if you have a messy situation the simplicity and ease of your visit may very, I just came in for legal advice and for someone to review some paperwork I didn't fully understand.
