I wanted to respond to @Natalie R. that a Congressional report is a fairly important document which is stored and archived for decades if not placed in the National Archives in perpetuity. It may seem useless to you now, but could assist you in future with filing claims or further documentation/reporting if you require it. I moved out my first apartment into a new one. I never got an itemized list of deductions and never saw my $1500 security deposit. They told me they couldn't help me other than submit a congressional report. What is a report of me telling Congress; "Hey my medical provider, leadership and TRIAD miss treated me on deployment" going to do? I'll admit the guy that had me fill out the application to get service there was nice and felt bad what my command did to me and genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help.
