Quick, responsive, and quality work. Region Electrical and Mechanical did a great job on the wiring for our new closet build. Would gladly use them again for future projects.
Had an appointment scheduled for over four weeks, with multiple confirmations of the date and time. On the day of, no one arrived—no call, no text, no email. I took time off work to ensure they had access. When I finally reached someone, the explanation provided was, “I had an emergency.” They offered to come later that day, but after taking a day off, this was simply not an option. TJ does quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
Poor customer service. They will agree to do work but will never answer there phones or call you back. They did a site visit and told us they will need to gather parts and schedule us for work. Never heard from them again. Disappointing and waste of time.
