As an 83 old man and in poor health. I was approached by Regional who had been recommended. I signed a paperwork thinking I was signing additional paperwork for the company I had dealt with the same week. Regional did no work on my behalf but when settlement had been made by the other company they insisted on the full 20% ( the other company who did the work charged 10%) I tried to see if they would compromise. I tried for 2 years to get a claim on my falling apart roof only to get rejected and rejected stating my roof doesnt need to be replaced. Spent a ton of time and energy wasted. Reached out to regions adjusting to try on my behalf. Within two weeks they got the claim approved and I am getting a new roof. Couldnt be happeir with customer service, staff and the amount of time it took to do this. Honestly, they are the reasons why Im getting my Roof. Immediately the insurance company denied my claim, and they were the liaison and the voice of reason as to why Im not having to replace my roofand pay out-of-pocket For something that the insurance company should have covered to begin with. Anytime it has to do with roofing or insurance payout. Its a long process but the process is worth it And they are trustworthy.
I was not happy from the start I feel like I was strong arm into dealing with this roofing company when I thought I was just signing for a free estimate and end up they being my original contractors and told me that if I didn't want them that I still have to pay 35% of the estimated cost of the job or just have them do the job and now I'm not happy with the job the job took longer than expected the job is incomplete I asked the contractor to **** me my invoice tell me what I owe send me my refund I have yet to hear from them... read more

If i can give negative 5 stars thats what they would get, this company is a scam, they promised they would be able to get my roof done for deductible only, after 6 months they didnt get anything done and they are trying to collect $3700 from me, they said that my insurance only will cover so much cuz of the age of my roof, yet they failed to discuss this with me before continuing to pursue, i had only agreed for deductible only if not i said i dont want anything done with it and now they are wanting to put a lean on my house... read more

**** is a very professional and courteous person! Was very satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish he did everything he said he would. Got me approved through my insurance, and I only paid my deductible!! Very very happy with Region Adjusting!!
I was lucky enough to have been recommended this company after I discovered a leak in my roof. Using a public adjuster removed a lot of stress in trying to work with my insurance company. **** did everything and took amazing care of us. He fought for what we deserved and I would recommend his company to anyone needing help. I could not have been happier with the outcome.

Once the roof was inspected and found to have storm damage my insurance company was notified and claim filed.
