didn’t help at all. made it worse
MD didn't help with medication. ..only made my depression worse & the side effecats were dangerous enough to harm & were addicting (Neurontin/Gabapantin). Notes taken did not help my disability case pertaining to MDD/ Anxiety Disorder. Also, was seeing Therapist. Wrote a very personal journal about the traumas, mental/emotional abuse throughout my life but come to find out, therapy notes are not requested by Dept.
