Closed all the time, ladies at the front don’t put my scripts in when requested to. The automated voice system tells me office is closed and the hours are Monday 9am-5pm while I’m calling at 9:10am on Monday. I just need my meds.
He has been my family's doctor for almost 20 years he's fantastic he very understanding and patient he will tell you how it is without beating around the bush he cares about his patients trys to help them the best way possible. His staff is amazing as well they talk to you on a personal level but also in a professional way they make sure if you need anything that they will you and listen to you just as the Dr. Spears would.
I picked Dr. Spears based on his Google reviews as my PCP. I am really glad that I did. He is so personable and knowledgeable. Diane at the front desk is also very friendly!
Dr Spears has been my doctor for 25+ years. He is excellent at putting you at ease, discussing issues and treatments anyone can understand. Follow-up is excellent. His compassion is 2nd to none. We took my mother to see him to discuss the end of life when she was in the final stages of cancer. Dr. Spears blocked off his calendar and discussed everything with us as well as set up hospice care. I'll never forget the sensitivity he showed her. He is the best.
