I had a very bad experience with Mr. Reginald Reed. My impression was that he is looking for all the loops to be able to make extra money. For example: charging $67 for therapy (his explanation was: I filled out forms) + $50.43 for Medical Exam (his explanation: you stepped on my scale. And I didn’t). A total charge of $373.43 for an “office visit”!! My orthopedic surgeon doctor charges $87. That was just my first issue. Active life was highly recommended to me through a friend. Reginald is super friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. It’s hard to find that this day and age. He took care of me and I will be a repeat customer. 10/10 would recommend
