Just a waste of time.
I’ve had to go a few times for myself & my son and it was a wonderful experience. The registration nurses and process was smooth and efficient. The male triage nurse was very kind and professional and the care nurses were incredible. Very grateful to have this option in the city - especially with the hours they have!
My partner has pneumonia and Urgent Care did not prioritize him. We sat there all morning and into the afternoon without being seen. We finally left and went to a walk-in. The walk-in doctor was great and sent us to the ER. Every story I’ve heard about Urgent Care is always negative. Nothing urgent about this place.
Came into UCC for a dislocated shoulder and all the staff were amazing. Obviously the waiting after triage to be seen on a Sunday afternoon sucks, but I was given Tylenol which helped during the wait. All the doctors, nurses, and techs gave me great care for getting x-rays, medication and popping my shoulder back in place! To the UCC staff, thanks for all you do!
