I would never again buy a house that Regina is selling. She was rude and disrespectful to our realtor. Everything was last minute, or late. After we bought the house the lockbox was on the door for weeks after. We were told our windows had a lifetime transferable warranty. We found out after we moved in that the warranty did it transfer. After multiple calls to the window company, they agreed to transfer it since they felt bad for us, but have to pay a fee. Regina is very knowledgeable about real estate and always willing to go the extra mile. When we ran into a bump with using the lenders finance company she stepped in and took action. In the end, she was able to still get some incentives for us that we had thought we lost. She also did not forget us after the closing. I referred my parents to her and she took great care of them too. Without a doubt, she’s my #1 real estate agent choice!
