So, I attended an open house hosted by Regina located at 607 S Poplar Ave, Brea, CA 92821. During the open house, I turned on the water because I noticed water damage underneath the sink. Regina came over very aggressively and rudely and told us to shut off the water. She told me I would be entitled to a home inspection once I was in escrow. This review is in response to a review that was written yesterday by a flipper, Jesus Correa which was clearly written out spite because he was asked to not do something in a clients home . You don’t go through an open house which is still someone’s home and start touching things and trying to do your own inspection , that’s what an actual inspection is for.
