Regina is top notch ! She goes above and beyond to help her clients with whatever is needed. Because we moved out of state before our house sold Regina took care of every little detail for us from picking up mail to taking out trash cans on trash day. So, I attended an open house hosted by Regina located at 607 S Poplar Ave, Brea, CA 92821. During the open house, I turned on the water because I noticed water damage underneath the sink. Regina came over very aggressively and rudely and told us to shut off the water. She told me I would be entitled to a home inspection once I was in escrow. This review is in response to a review that was written yesterday by a flipper, Jesus Correa which was clearly written out spite because he was asked to not do something in a clients home . You don’t go through an open house which is still someone’s home and start touching things and trying to do your own inspection , that’s what an actual inspection is for. Regina has always been incredible help for our entire family and has been the upmost respect and polite to possible buyers. She works to find the best buyers and weeds out bad Apples who are looking to lowball and just buy and flip properties who are basically the used car sales people of the real estate market now a days. Thank god for real estate agents like Regina to help her clients get the best deal and help future home owners to also get the a fair deals. Win win for both sellers and buyers.
Regina did a fantastic job in helping my husband and I find our forever home! Regina was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to purchase (LA/OC county).
