After first visit my husband and i felt uncomfortable, and looked down on, got interrupted most of the time, not off to a good start, nothing good discussed, except getting some referrals. This is our second rushed and rude experience.

I agree..her people skills are nonexistent; she interrupts and you cannot finish a sentence.
Please book an apportionment with someone other than this PA she is not concern for your care will not allow you to talk she controls the visit from start to finish if you ask to talk about something other than whats in your folder she will tell you NO because that takes 30 more steps in her computer and you have no idea how her computer system runs NO COMPASSION awful bedside manner
