We love going to Houston Pediatric Dental Specialists for our children's dental needs. The office staff is professional but friendly, and they have been so kind to our daughter. We look forward to when our son is old enough to have his first exam!
I had an unpleasant encounter with Carla. She continued to tell me I need to pay cash when scheduling my sons appointment! Never asked if I had insurance (which I do) I was offended. This is the only thing that upset me. Fortunately I know how nice the team is and I came to the point anyways.
My children are very comfortable going to the dentist here. I love that we often are seen earlier if we arrive a little earlier.
