I went to UNC Health, a Chatham Park primary care, for a wellness visit and was charged $278 for a regular office visit which went to my deductible-I called as well as boosted their local office repeatedly in an attempt to have this coding error corrected to a wellness visit however, the office staff completely ignored my requests.
