I started seeing Regina after my best friend committed suicide. She was the best thing that happened in my life at that time. She really listens and cares! I learned a lot about myself while working with her. The only complaint I have is she was always late!
I've had a great experience at this office. They take almost every insurance, so even when mine changed recently, my appointments were still covered. I started going to therapy to get help dealing with insomnia from PTSD, and Ms. Gonek has really helped me start to heal. She has a thoughtful, holistic approach that makes me feel really listened to. It's a process, but I'm already beginning to feel like myself again. I would definitely recommend Ms. Gonek.
