This is the second time that we have used Regina to sell a home. The first time was flawless, with no issues whatsoever. This time, however, was a different story. Careful escrow was opened without consent and commitments not followed through. Failure of communication with subcontractors on site without notice. Spoke to others in the area they've heard the same sad things.
