Regina was great. Very kind, listened to all my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt safe. The rest of the staff was great as well.
Could overhear the MA and provider talking about me. I’m a City of Hope patient with a neurological episode at the ER last night. I taped what you could hear through the wall. Filed complaint with state licensing. Will let them hear the “compassion” I got to hear. May take this further.
Regina makes you feel very comfortable. Office is clean and welcoming.
Regina is very nice, easy going and really cares. Her office manager, LaTonya is great also. The office is very neat, tidy and clean.
