I did not even make it to an appt with this doctor. I just called and ask the receptionist what time my appt for tomorrow is. I explained the message they left was so fast I couldn't catch the time. This woman on the other end of the line informed me that she could tell me my appt. time but she would have to charge me $5! WTH? This is one doctor I will NEVER go see!

Dr. Thurman is great her staff especially the receptionist and office manager are the rudest people I have ever seen in 27 years of being a nurse and a patient with MS. Nurse told me to pick up samples when I came in after a 45 min wait receptionist said can’t u see I’m busy?? You need to come back when I asked when she gave me a time that was AFTER the clinic closes, intentionally I’m sure. I asked on 4 different phone calls to please have Dr. Thurman call me to discuss, never happened.

Staff is horribly rude. Postings on walls warning you not to talk to other patients about treatment or medications; waiting rooms for chronic pain patients are similar to support group meetings taking that away sucks...l Doctor doesn’t explain new treatments, pain causes, or new medications. Getting referrals is impossible. Doctor has never had or lost any abiliy to care for her patients. Dr. Gaines was much better for patient care but unable to continue long term chronic pain patient care.

Dr Thurman is very intelligent and very good at pinpointing what is truly wrong! She is compassionate and really listens to you!

I saw Dr. Regina Thurman from April 2015 until June of 2018. At first, I thought Dr. Thurman was very professional and she seemed to understand my situation. Later, things changed. She sent a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for me and I had a lot of tests ordered earlier when I was with a different insurance, after I changed insurance carriers, I asked her to get another referral going. I waited for months and then found out she never sent referral. My situation got worse, so I switched docs.

I have been seeing Dr. Thurman for several years and of the 20 years I have been sufferering from chronic pain from injuries, she is the ONLY doctor to ever get my pain properly managed. She did it in under 3 years when for over 15 years no other doctor in 3 different states could ever get it managed. Yes, she plays by the book but in this day and time she has to. Thank you Dr. Thurman.......K. Ward

Rudest receptionist of all time. Notes on the wall reminding you to only address your Dr as DOCTOR.. 72 - 96 hour call back time. In general some of the rudest and most uncaring staff i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Based on the behavior of the other staff members I am not even sure "they" want to be there either. She is either in it only to get a steady pay check or she lost her love for healing people at some point. Skip this place, its not even worth a visit.

My aunt was receiving care from Dr Thurman with no problems for months. She had a surgery and her surgeon and Dr Thurman were consulting on her after pain care and two months later she was kicked out of her program because her surgeon prescribed her medication post surgery. My aunt is 70 years old and had no idea this would screw her over. Now she has nothing and is coming off very strong medication unassisted. Horrible physician who obviously forgot her oath of do no harm...

Absolutely NOT!! TREATED like a criminal when she & surgeon dropped the ball as to pain management after surgery. I received meds from surgeon, which she was well aware of, 3 mo. Passed BEFORE she even brought it up to me. I discussed at length w/ her & surgeon WHO would take care of pain. She acted like she knew nothing about it & threw me out of her program. WITH NOTHING to help me come off this very strong medicine. I followed every rule in her contract. She is rude and heartless.
