Regina helped me sell my house and it was able to sell within 7 days of listing due to her hard work. She is professional, proficient and a go getter. She’s hands on and extremely helpful. As someone who had never sold a house before she was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that came up. Everything went smooth from beginning to end due to all that she did for us.
UPDATE: in late March the local chapter of the national association of realtors, BOISE Realtors, held a hearing to evaluate our situation. Regina was found in violation of ethical standard 1, acting in the best interest of the client. Regina has still made zero good faith efforts to resolve the issues.
