Unfortunately we thought that Regina and her broker would do the right thing to correct a mistake they made when contracted to act in our best interest. Regina accepted testing of our homes well and septic that did not meet contract requirements, on our behalf without allowing us to see them. Later we were told that she did not have them. As a result of this we were not able to require new testing which would have shown that 1) the well pump did not work and the water was contaminated.
