Tried to make an appointment for a young lady who was sexually abused from the age of 4. Even though we were willing to prepay for any costs, Dr Dandy's office refused to see this young lady because she did not have insurance. If you are looking for compassion and empathy, I did not find it talking to the people in this office. Sad.
