Dr. Koshy and her staff at ARC were professional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Koshy took ample time to assess my symptoms and explain test results. She listened to my responses and offered a treatment plan and referral for a specific cardiology procedure that she described in understandable language. Her clarity in describing the condition and action plan helped with my apprehension.
Cancels scheduled visits for patients who have waited two months only to expect them to reschedule for another 2 months. Four months is simply unacceptable to wait to see a doctor. Doctor's staff ignored all requests for better rescheduling help.
