RecommendedEarlier this spring my family purchased 2 PWC’s from Reggies. One is a 2019 like new Spark Trixx with super low hours under factory warranty and the other one is a 2006 RXT. Will never order from Reggies Kawasaki Ski-Doo ever again. We are now going on month 4 of waiting on a $600 order. I understand covid is screwing a lot of things up but there has been absolutely no customer service and or communication. The only reason we placed the order was because they said they had the parts IN STOCK. Craig is a crook and a liar. Stay far, far away from this place. Don’t ever bring anything here to get fixed.
Long story, short. They sat on my jet ski for six weeks without making a diagnosis or repair. When I told them I was coming to pick it up at the end of the week if they couldn't fit it in their schedule, a very rude and defensive (Craig) told me to "come get it now if I was going to hold them under the gun like that". I bought a new sea doo spark drove 1 hr away to Sebago Lake Some body forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the trailer rim at first I was upset I was 2 min from having my new JetSki in the water and I was excited but I could not drive any further. My wife and I purchased 2 Sea doos this spring..great process..Jay was very accommodating to work with..Upon hauling the Sea doos to our camp in Unity, I noticed that a tire and lugs had worked loose..I called the dealer and spoke to Jay, re: this issue..He made arrangements to come up to camp on SUNDAY..He replaced the wheel, tire, and hub in very short order..How is that for service? 5 STAR !!! ..Anne and I won’t hesitate to do business there again...THANKS..
