Called for flowers to be delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary. Location is Tulane campus. I was told they already made a delivery to that location today and will not go for another order. If they only deliver big event floral arrangements and not single arrangements please specify. The woman that answered my call gave me the impression that they are not interested in individual arrangements. I have been using Reggie's Flowers & Gifts for over 20 years. They are most efficient florist I have found. They care about the customer being satisfied and have great compassion in times of sorrow. Used them for a wedding & many special events and they were superb. Family owned & operated. This shows in how they treat the customers as family. Highly recommend this florist.
