I have been a Reggie's customer since 1974. Just purchased a new Trek. Sale and service/prep went smoothly. Staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful. I cannot wait to get home and ride my new bike! Thanks to everyone at Reggie's!
I bought a bike back in December and wasn't able to ride it until last month and noticed the front tire not keeping air. They informed me their policy was only to do complimentary check ups for the first 90 days after purchase but they hooked me up and fixed the tire today. Excellent service by both salespeople both times, thanks so much. I also just want to say this is the first good bike I've owned (every one before has been from a grocery store) so thank you so much for helping me find the perfect bike!
My Dad grew up right around the corner. Reggies was and still is his favorite bike shop. He bought his first bike there almost 50 years ago and I just bought my first a couple months ago. Thank you for your patience with educating me on my bike! I've learned so much and I love my bike!!!
As long as the guru himself is present (Jim Izbinski) Reggies will live forever with that front man.
