When I purchased my bike the sales associate that worked with me was very knowledgeable about the bikes I was looking at and made several suggestions that I really wanted to know. I also liked the fact that they had the bikes I was looking for on hand and ready to go. All in all I was very pleased with Reggie's and will return in the future
