Paid to have my ticket in their words "dismissed or substantially lowered" and I am paying the FULL amount of the ticket. Basically WASTED the money paying them! TOTAL RIPOFF!
Yep, just a terrible as advertised. When they're caught and "called out" on their piss poor service (and a refund of your money), they say they'll call back but, NEVER DO! They'll BLATANTLY LIE to you about taking care of your tickets with the court but, THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING. Avoid at all costs!
Paid them to take care of a ticket and never heard from them again. I just received a call saying that I have a warrant and the amount of my ticket doubled. They do not follow up.
They are terrible. I have hired them twice. The first experience went seemingly smooth until I just got turned down for a job over a 10 year old ticket that London and London claimed they took care of in 2013. The second time that I hired them was in 2015 and that entire experience was a total nightmare. This Lawfirm is horrible. Those postive reviews are either from people they know personally or someone who was sitting in their office right in front of them.
