I came in today, October 22, 2025, to request the refund of my warranty (paid in full). On July 12, 2025, I signed and emailed all required documents to the address provided, and was told the refund would take 90 days. Those 90 days have passed and I still haven’t received my refund. Today I was told the document I sent was “blank,” yet my copy shows it was correctly filled out and I have proof of the sent email. Reggie Jackson Airport Honda has the best service department in the triangle! I only trust them with my Honda. They have the best staff and facilities.

We all have disappointments in life, but today was high on my list. I went to Reggie Jackson Airport Honda to either purchase my own trunk torsion bar or have them replace it. When I drove into their service area and got out of my car, I slipped on the extremely wet floor and fell hard to the ground. A staff member asked if I was OK, and I said, “I’m not sure what hurts the most.” I was in pain from my forehead down to my knee—including my wrist, hands, shoulder, back, and elbow.
