Clarrisa was very profession and was able to set me up with a new policy quickly with very little back and for. Very good experience.
I recently decided to switch insurance companies, and State Farm was awesome to work with. Clarrissa was the rep that assisted me, and she made the whole process fast and simple. I'll definitely be recommending State Farm to my friends and family going forward.
Clarrissa helped me design a poilcy that met my needs and saved me a lot of money, in the time it would have taken to sit on hold with my previous insurance company. Being able to call, text, or email a human is a worth a lot to me so it was a bonus that the price was actually cheaper than the online competitor. I hope I only ever have to talk to her for renewals, but if I do have a claim it brings me comfort that Clarrissa will be the person helping me through it.
Clarrissa has been such an incredible help every time I have called. She is informative and so quick with her responses. I am so grateful for her and her team!
