Went here to get keys cut and the service was fantastic and the staff was friendly. Darryl did a great job!
I have had a string of negative experiences at this location. From poor vehicles that required fans to be replaced at 35k miles, to bad sales people who just want to get a sale, and most recently yesterday terrible garage services. My Trax, that I bought from this location, is occasionally going into high revs during cruise control and turning on the check engine light. The professionalism and customer care here is outstanding! Starting with the online booking of service to the quick response from the service department to the easy check-in and attention of the service tech to the comfortable accommodations while I waited to the personal attention and explanation of the service, Regester's is premier, I think, among dealerships I have used throughout my life. must say i have only bought one vehicle from regesters but i recently had a truck break down and i did not buy it at regesters the experience with them could not have been better they towed in in right away even asked me if i needed a vehicle while it was being repaired which i didnt but how many dealers would of asked and the parts were ordered and next day it was repaired I will be going back thank you
