I honestly can't believe how much Cortland Reger helped me manage the annoying pain I was experiencing in one hip and also in my knees this past fall! I don't know why I hesitated for so long to go see him (I saw him years ago for some neck issues) but I'm sure glad I finally did. His evaluation was spot on and the exercises he recommended have taken care of the pain I was dealing with. As long as I am consistent about going to Bfit&Well to continue my exercise program I feel great! Thanks Cortland!!

I saw Cortland for therapy for a back injury following a car accident. Their clinic is professional, clean and inviting. His care is excellent. I will use him again without a doubt.
The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. There are a wide range of patients and conditions treated. Therapists explain exercises in an easy to understand way.
