When someone comes in and takes over a property, sometimes its good, and sometimes its for the worst. When the property was taken over, it was for the best. Management is important and if u find a property with an owner and manager that care, things are good. At 1st when we moved in, in 2013, things didn't go so well. This has to be the worst place I've ever lived. When we were shown the townhomes, we were shown what apparently was a "model" (even though they pretended it was the one we would be renting) and after the paperwork was signed we were put into one that was in horrible condition. The doorknob barely worked, a lot of the lights were broken, the dishwasher didn't work right and either did all the burners on the stove.
