I think the receptionist doesn't like me, I don't know why? She never answer my calls but when I use another phone straight away she answered. I already sent complaints through email, she did call me though and apologise but nothing changes, SHE STILL NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS!! it's so frustrating!!but I like Dr. Lindy Ngo, she's very attentive and compassionate I am happy that she's still there.
I used to drive all the way from the Shire to see Dr Cac Le because I had previously trusted her as a female doctor. However, over the years, I have noticed a decline in the quality of her service. There seems to be a sense of tension and stress during appointments from her. I recently went to see her after a miscarriage. She did not ask about my symptoms, just took my blood, and told me to go to reception. The consultation felt very rushed. Reception is friendly and responsive. I do not recommend dr le however - I think she places her interests above the patient and gave me lazy responses/action plan that I need to go see other gps at the end.
So far I didn't have any big problem with RPMC ,All Drs work there are professional in their field but like any normal people they might have bad days and good days so I just forgive to any dr that treat me badly but I found Dr LE and recently Dr Shaiful are very caring and attentive to my illness and the same to the 2 receptionists . I wish all of them and all patients good health and patience. Regards
