The community is great, love the gym and how safe it feels. But the sound proof isn’t so well. There is a kid (probably, I don’t think any adult would be this inconsiderate) running back and forth on top of my unit and I can feel my whole unit shaking. This happens everyday, and has been stressful to work at home. What is worse is that the kid never stops even at midnight!
Regents Park was great! Solid community and amenities, good location and quick response from the management and maintenance.

A lovely place full of great amenities and very helpful personnel. Our tour guide Ennan Hamilton was very friendly, helpful and informative during the entire process, and made us feel more comfortable about picking Regent’s Park.
