Regents Park at Fairfax is such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The community is well-maintained, with great amenities and excellent management. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes living here a wonderful experience. I especially want to mention Michael Hayes — he is such a great person. Max, I would like to thank you for your prompt and also kind, and professional service as I navigate my move to Regents Park. I don’t move often. Leaving a property after 10 years and before that the other property was 17 years. I toured about 8 properties and ultimately made the decision to move to Regents Park based on convenience and Max’s quick responses and addressing multiple questions and resolving any potential concerns. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT CHOOSE M214 because the upstairs neighbor is extremely noisy! The kids is hopping and running everyday on the hard floor ( you can even hear the noise from zoom) If you have to choose this place, be careful for the stupid useless window locks. If you break it, they will charge you $25 each. While this is actually a potential safe concern that we will not be able to escape from the windows during emergencies, and it doesn’t lock anything. I can’t say enough good things about the community and the people! The maintenance team has really been amazing from start to finish. Even the smallest inconveniences they fix the same day, sometimes even within the same hour. Not many places I’ve rented from in the past have this high quality customer service and we’re happy to be living in a place that is so well maintained.
