Max, I would like to thank you for your prompt and also kind, and professional service as I navigate my move to Regents Park. I don’t move often. Leaving a property after 10 years and before that the other property was 17 years. I toured about 8 properties and ultimately made the decision to move to Regents Park based on convenience and Max’s quick responses and addressing multiple questions and resolving any potential concerns. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT CHOOSE M214 because the upstairs neighbor is extremely noisy! The kids is hopping and running everyday on the hard floor ( you can even hear the noise from zoom) If you have to choose this place, be careful for the stupid useless window locks. If you break it, they will charge you $25 each. While this is actually a potential safe concern that we will not be able to escape from the windows during emergencies, and it doesn’t lock anything. I can’t say enough good things about the community and the people! The maintenance team has really been amazing from start to finish. Even the smallest inconveniences they fix the same day, sometimes even within the same hour. Not many places I’ve rented from in the past have this high quality customer service and we’re happy to be living in a place that is so well maintained. I feel very unsafe living in this community. The maintenance workers, all men, have entered my apartment without authorization multiple times, even though I specifically noted on my requests that I must be notified first. This is unsettling for anyone, but especially as a woman, I do not feel safe in my own home. When I have interacted with maintenance, they have been extremely rude, condescending, and the quality of work has been very poor. Edit: the finally put a place to store coats in the workout room after a year of requests. Regents Park by Bozzuto is one of the worst-managed properties I’ve ever experienced. While maintenance on my individual unit is fairly responsive, management refuses to address major problems in common areas. For months, residents have had to leave their coats and belongings on the ground in the so-called “amenities” all winter because they won’t provide basic accommodations.
