My experience has been great here so far, the leasing team is the kindest group of people you will meet.
Things are just getting worse, We have reported multiple times in the past few months about the noise we are hearing, nothing changed, just imagine waking up and going to sleep with this loud banging from your upstairs neighbor every day!! We have enjoyed living here until things happened and we see how little the leasing office cared about their resident
Don't move here. The apartment is extremely old and infested with cockroaches and mice, and the walls are covered in mold. Despite my repeated requests for pest control and sanitation, the lazy management has not responded. It's an absolutely terrible place to live."
Regents Park by Bozzuto is one of the worst-managed properties I’ve ever experienced. While maintenance on my individual unit is fairly responsive, management refuses to address major problems in common areas. For months, residents have had to leave their coats and belongings on the ground in the so-called “amenities” all winter because they won’t provide basic accommodations.
