Terrible neighbors ... noisy at all hours. Nothing is done unless you're White
Terrible. If you are a person of color, like me. Don't. I had so much trouble with the manager. Within these 6 months of hell, I was told to turn off my AC because it upset a White neighbor. He can hear the fan. It was over 89 degrees. Then, I was told to park better, even I was in my lines, and the White girl was over to my side...but I was crooked.
