Don’t move in here unless you want to be harassed by your neighbor and have nothing done about it, or scammed by the landlord. One of the worse experiences I ever had.

We’ve been tenants at Regents Court apartments for 4 years. It is a beautiful, safe, and quiet complex. The neighbors are very kind and friendly. Theresa, the Office Manager, is very professional, communicative, and truly cares for tenants. Dave, who leads the maintenance efforts, is always on top of all requests; he is very knowledgeable and does his job with excellence. It’s a blessing to be able to live in such a great apartment complex that is exceptionally well-managed.
I moved into Regents Court in April of this year and so far it’s been great. Theresa and Dave were very welcoming the first time I met them. I moved from Newburgh Square apartments which were absolutely HORRIBLE. Told Theresa about my living experience there and she ensured me that I would not have that experience at Regent Court. My apartment was clean upon move in and only had one small issue which maintenance fixed immediately.
