Overall we had a good experience on the RSSC Navigator. Positives include: excellent service, great entertainment, food was good, excursions interesting, laundry service amazing. Negatives were the Navigator is an older ship and is showing some wear and doesn’t have some of the conveniences of newer vessels such as heated floor in bathroom and a smaller shower. I had a poor experience with RSSC on a cruise to Greenland because of the weather and many cancelled ports and excursions. But, RSSC ended up compensating us with travel credits and 50% on a cruise of our choice from a selection of a few cruised they sent to us. I used our cruise credit with RSSC for a cruise to Alaska. The Alaska cruise on the SS Explorer was absolutely fantastic and a complete 180 degree difference in experiences with RSSC. It was frustrating that cruisers that drink alcohol get tons of free booze. Someone who doesn't drink but wants a bag of M&M's needs to pay up $14. And charging me for Internet? lol it's 2025 and this is supposed to be "luxury"
