Horrible business! They miscalculated the measurements on our house and miscalculated the final expense. I would avoid them at all cost because they are liars and crooks. They will swindle you out of every penny and push repairs out several months. Absolutely horrible customer service on all levels including management
False advertising/left me in limbo for 6+ weeks, then reneged Early August 2021: discovered A/C was leaking from the attic into an upstairs bedroom. we had already moved out of our home and were about to sell it when we had a leak. they were quick to respond and get things started, the drying and tearing out... but when it came to the end part of restoration they gave us the run around day after day. they had very poor communication, I basically had to babysit and call to find out any information. most of the time I called multiple times a day with no call backs. the final straw was when they were caught lying to both our insurance company and us about the status of ever... read more
RecommendedWe had a hot water pipe break in our home that did unbelievable water damage to our walls and baseboards and flooring. The Regent Restoration team is awesome and came out quickly to get all the water removed and dry our home. The techs that came out were helpful and answered all of our questions and made sure to get our belongings protected so they didn’t take on any water damage and get all gross. Very nice guys that made a tough situation easier.
