I put in a request for pest control 3.5 weeks ago to address cockroaches and it still has not been addressed. When I call the office they say they will look into it but never call me back which is exactly what happens with maintenance requests, so I had a running faucet for 3 weeks that ran my water bill up because it took that long for someone to address this issue. I’m not happy living here. The staff is dismissive and avoidant and will not answer the phone or call me back.
Avoid this place! They recently raised rent (again) , switched to a new maintenance office who does not respond to emails or phone calls. It was nice here before Greystar took over- rent is now 40% increased and maintenance is terrible. There are better places in Chapel Hill with actual amenities, service and responsive maintenance.
