Slum property. Mail gets stolen. Nothing is fixed. Nobody answers the phone, Nick doesnt read your emails so dont even bother. It's 60° degrees in my home, it doesnt even meet building code. It supposed to be AT LEAST 70°. When it rains, the water goes inside my apartment. I messGed Nick multiple times- he hasnt done anything about it.
