Beware!! Regent Homes does not stand behind their work!! No ethics and no accountability!! We recently purchased a town house that was built by Regent Homes. A few months after the purchase we noticed a leak coming from the garage ceiling. We immediately shut off the water and called a plumber. Initially the plumber could not find where the leak was coming from. Fortunately, our neighbor stopped by to see what was going on. During a home showing with sales agent Rob Frye from Regent Homes, I had a very disappointing and concerning experience. While touring the interior of the property, Rob stepped outside stating he needed to take a phone call. I went out shortly after to check the exterior condition myself. I noticed smoke coming from his parked car. When he returned inside after several minutes, there was a strong cannabis/marijuana odor on him, his eyes were noticeably red, and his behavior seemed impaired (slowed responses, etc.).
