Regent homes jackhammers and blows up rock at 7am next to private residences. Complete disrespect for their surroundings.
I have built several homes in my life and my house built by Regent Homes has been my worst nightmare. Tiles in bathroom kept cracking so I had a flooring company rip it all out including shower. Tile not layed properly. Garbage stuffed behind the wall in shower. Furnance and Air Conditioning unit only lasted 5 years. Flooring in Living, Dining, and Kitchen keeps pulling apart. My view. Yours may differ. Not every home will have the same build quality due to different crews and other considerations. Seriously questionably built homes. Absolute minimum code. Builder grade appliances, HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, drywall, molding, flooring, doors, hardware, paint, insulation and window treatments. Suspect craftsmanship, finishing and detail work. The worst home builder in TN
I lease in the apartment property adjacent to Nolensville, The Crest at Burkitt Ridge. I've had ongoing water pressure issues to the point of no to little water pressure in my apartment for over a month now. I can't shower, wash dishes, do laundry, etc. Regent isn't stepping up to address my issues, I've complained to the property manager (RAM - they are horrible) multiple times to no avail (they all pass the "buck" say it's the other entities fault).
