If you are considering buying a home from Regent.... RUN!! Run and do not look back no matter what anyone says. I should have read these reviews prior to buying our home. Back in November 2020 we put a contract down on a home that was 3/4 of the way finished, it only needed finishing work done. NO ONE TOUCHED THE HOME until 2 weeks prior to closing, four months later, even though we would come by and check a few times a week and reach out to the builder, who kept telling us "It'll get done don't worry."
