RecommendedI can't say enough nice things about this facility and their staff! I am beyond happy moving my father (who suffered a stroke) here!♥️♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰💯 smells clean, communication top notch, very responsive, caring and professional! Due to the coronavirus all nursing home on lockdown and I just called to check on my dad. The nurse asked if I wanted to talk to him. it was so heartfelt to hear his voice.. I'm thrilled and beside myself and overjoyed with this facility
IT'S A REALLY NICE PLACE .
My 3rd time here over a period of several years. Hall 600 very professional, friendly staff.
They lack human decency, and are not safe. Overnight is the worst, as they are not properly staffed and don't care. They will tell you what you want to hear but even the Admin is rude. And my dad was only there for rehab after surgery. I have filed a complaint with DADS and hope that more do so. One voice is seldom heard but many will be.
I am currently here for rehab having broken my thigh. I find the staff to be professional and caring. I've been in rehab four times prior to this and am impressed with their OT and PT. Having observed care of others, I would highly recommend Regent not just as a rehab facility but also as a long care option for your family members.
I think place should be closed forever. So much neglect and abuse!
