STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Terrible people running a scam and calling it a business. My poor landlord has been paying $900-$1100 of HOA fees for the last 5 years since this company manages to find creative ways to find new construction costs every year. This is not an expensive area btw. I’m talking about paying $1000 to these people while you only collect $2500 rent. This is highway robbery!!
