Horrible. I don’t have other way to describe this company. The parking rules changing all time without notice. The lady who assigned to my community never pick up phone.
The worst company. Neighbors with roof leaks in California of all places. MONTHS to fix anything.
Extremely poor experience with this management company. Our HOA hired them for a year before terminating the contract—and for good reason. They completely mishandled a dispute with my neighbor, made decisions without notifying me or the board, and then sent me the bill. The plumber they dispatched charged an outrageous fee for a 15-minute diagnosis. I had to escalate the issue, and thankfully the board sided with me.
