STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Terrible people running a scam and calling it a business. My poor landlord has been paying $900-$1100 of HOA fees for the last 5 years since this company manages to find creative ways to find new construction costs every year. This is not an expensive area btw. I’m talking about paying $1000 to these people while you only collect $2500 rent. This is highway robbery!! California private property towing laws, contained in Section 22658 of the Vehicle Code, set out specific rules for property owners that limit the circumstances under which they can call a tow truck to remove a vehicle. One of the most important requirements is that they notify the vehicle owner before towing their vehicle.
