They never answer their phone!. Been trying to schedule a follow up appointment the last week and half. And no contact back, left several voicemails during open hours.
After finding problems with tkn replacement, i returned to speak to him several times as I felt that knee cap was not in place. I was turned away and told that it was OK, no it was not and am now handicapped with using canes.
