At PN AME - I feel your emotions. You placed a review on Dr. Roberts review instead of the other guy. It brought down his scores, but wouldn’t matter. The other guy would simply remove it. You’re right. Dr. Roberts is so great & well respected by all including doctors who are sad since in KY he is the BEST. I miss him terribly & I need him so bad. While some doctors here are A+, The owner Tyhib guy is the lowest grade of doctor to be found, if you want to call him a doctor. He has ZERO regard for your well being. If you have another option, take it before risking this place. You don’t always get to see the doctor of your choice. My review went from 5 stars to 1 and if I could it would be 0. I wish Dr Roberts would open his own practice because he’s my only reason for being here.
I'm going to sound like a record skipping, but here goes. Dr. Roberts actually pays attention to his patients. I've been in pain management for over 20 years now, and he is by far the best! Story time: I walked into his office hurting pretty bad from my job! Dr. Roberts noticed me with a limp when I walked into his office, I didn't think I was walking any different than usual and the first words out of his mouth was, "What's bothering you so much today?
