I’m extremely disappointed with Regenics. They’re quick to take your payment for a product but take no responsibility when something goes wrong with shipping. My package was stolen, instead of offering any real help, such as sending a replacement or refunding the order they simply told me to contact “the pharmacy directly,” yet provided no pharmacy name, phone number, or email anywhere on their site or portal. I input the wrong way and try to correct it. I spoke with a customer service representative same day. She told me she would get a message to my provider who had inadvertently not increase the dose due to error. I didn’t receive a call back or follow up from the provider acknowledging the message that was received. I got stuck paying an extra $440 for a prescription that was filled automatically without receiving any clinical input.
Easy process
There was a slight glitch in my order and the Regenics team responded promptly and kindly. They went above and beyond to make it right for me and they didn’t have to do it. I think this is a reputable company with excellent customer service.
