Customer service is very difficult to get - everything is pushed through the app/website, and even calling for help doesn’t always get things done. When I finally got to a person issues were resolved satisfactorily.
I have gone to Regenics for two years for health checkups B12 and vitamins. The ladies up front are amazing. Excellent service and very knowledgeable.
“ if you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness” is what you will read on the wall when you walk in. As a mom entering my 50s, my hormones are changing. When I went to Regenics, they did a blood panel that narrowed down what I needed to feel like I was in my 20s again.
