I input the wrong way and try to correct it. I spoke with a customer service representative same day. She told me she would get a message to my provider who had inadvertently not increase the dose due to error. I didn’t receive a call back or follow up from the provider acknowledging the message that was received. I got stuck paying an extra $440 for a prescription that was filled automatically without receiving any clinical input.
Easy process
There was a slight glitch in my order and the Regenics team responded promptly and kindly. They went above and beyond to make it right for me and they didn’t have to do it. I think this is a reputable company with excellent customer service.
