I was told (texted day of) to show up 30 minutes before my 1:20 appointment. Showed up 40 mins before my appointment. Door was locked and sign on the door said “at lunch be back at 1:00”. There were 5 others who received the same message and there before me. Office staff said sorry, but not my fault. This is very inconsiderate and unacceptable. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient explaining everything.
I've had orthopedic care/surgery at several facilities over the years. Dr. Ploska and the ROSI staff are by far the most professional, kind and caring of all.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I love Desiree, Stephanie, and Nicole, but overall all the doctors treated me very well.
