Ms. Riley, Amber and the Reception and Medical Assistant were all kind and compassionate. A good team.
Excellent orthopedic doctors, staff is very professional and friendly, very pleased with my outcome on a hip replacement. Yes I would definitely recommend them.
I was told (texted day of) to show up 30 minutes before my 1:20 appointment. Showed up 40 mins before my appointment. Door was locked and sign on the door said “at lunch be back at 1:00”. There were 5 others who received the same message and there before me. Office staff said sorry, but not my fault. This is very inconsiderate and unacceptable.
