The corporate office charges $150 to check your credit which makes sure your credit score go down. I’m very disappointed that I was not refunded $150 Im glad I didn’t go through with the $400 deposit because I probably wouldn’t have got that back either. They are crooks. I’m going to tell friends and family not to rent at this place.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. 3/27/26 I will continue to update! This is by far the worst experience my mother has ever had living in a place. When she moved in she could smell the musty air of sewage but she had just thought maybe it was because the apartment was vacant for a couple of months… (should’ve know right there it was a bad sign). NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS LATER 3/26/2026 sewage from the next door neighbor has started leaking into my mother’s apartment. It was so bad I damn near threw up walking into her place... read more

This a great place to live people are friendly, management does there best to keep up with the tasks that need to be attended, and areas are always clean, and feels like a great neighborhood

Absolutely love the apartment and the amazing people in the office especially Shelby. My husband and I walked in one night as they were about to walk out so we scheduled a tour for the next day. Instantly fell in love with it. Applied and got approved very quickly. Shelby was awesome to work with and was great at keeping us in the loop and helping us find the right home.
