Property management is extremely rude and will refuse to speak to you over the phone if you are an existing tenant. Lease agreements may not be renewed out of nowhere, and they will refuse to provide a reason when asked.
Edit: as of April 2025, all of the signs have been replaced with new/better contrast signs. It is impossible to see the building numbers at night at these apartments because most of the signs are faded and have no direct light source on them
