As an employee of Regency Woodland and Regency Pacific, it gives me happiness to work with people who love their residents. From care staff to corporate level, I see it. I have worked everywhere throughout my 25 years in the industry. Very large corporations to individually owned, I am impressed with Regency. The turn over rate is terrible, there’s SO many call outs and co workers not wanting to work. Nobody wants to work as a team. There was constant bullying and favoritism from managers/medtechs. Lack of compassion for residents. Most workers were not keeping it professional and would gossip with residents. Activity director Gayle is not creative at all with the activities & does not schedule rides on time for residents.
