The turn over rate is terrible, there’s SO many call outs and co workers not wanting to work. Nobody wants to work as a team. There was constant bullying and favoritism from managers/medtechs. Lack of compassion for residents. Most workers were not keeping it professional and would gossip with residents. The staff are hard working and dedicated to providing the best care possible.
I see happy residents. The residents enjoy Church every Wednesday afternoon. They enjoy entertainment. They did not have any of these things during Covid. Residents have said they enjoy being able to go shopping, listening to good music from the entertainment and the Horse races that have been happening.
